windows vista is worth the money for the update!

i have a windows vista disk.
windows vista cost a lot to buy the disk.
it was worth it.
my laptop could use the upgrade.
my laptop has windows xp media center editon 2005.
why?because i need the upgrade to make it more easy to use.
